Brand Account Manager

Purpose of role: 

To build a strong client base. This individual will need to be very organised, determined, a self-starter, a hard worker, and able to manage different campaigns at the same time. They will develop and manage a broad range of strategies and set world-class standards for brands from SMEs and global brands. This leader will be expected to work closely with brands, graphic designers, web designers, and the social media team to ensure that strategic plans are effectively implemented. They will have the opportunity to work across a range of world-class B2B brands, and alongside a creative and fun team. You will be responsible for supporting multiple projects simultaneously which requires you to be adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as maintaining a client-focused mindset. You will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. 

This individual will raise the bar for strategic implementation for each brand. They will have a good understanding of graphic design, print media, point of sale, signage, and branded merchandise.

In this role, you will;

  • Build and grow a client base through networking, recommendations and LinkedIn
  • Build excellent relationships with both clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Own the development of strategic plans for clients and associated budget across a range of existing brands, campaigns, and channels.
  • Understand how to use different strategic approaches for different brands.
  • They will write, create and implement highly shareable content that is creative, demands attention, and is on-brand.
  • Work with partners with the goal to find fast, creative, and efficient ways to build, execute and measure innovative marketing plans that connect with customers, maximise engagement and create sharing, talkability and advocacy.
  • Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live-action and other content forms that best utilise the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
  • Manage external partners as necessary for that which we cannot do internally.
  • Establish repeatable operational methodologies and mechanisms that enable fast and responsive campaign distribution.

  • Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
  • Ability to lead, influence, and coach others.
