During a campaign manager meeting, Brand Elevation suggested that BSH should focus on making their fridges and fridge-freezers stand out when promoted alongside competitors’ appliances. As BSH’s campaign manager we put together customer profiles for various clients and sourced products to increase brand awareness.
BSH Home of Innovation is one of the most modern and inviting showrooms in Ireland delivering Neff, Bosch and Siemens brands directly to Irish consumers. With highly trained staff on hand to showcase appliances, provide hands-on cooking demonstration and workshops and deal with any enquiries, it is a one-stop shop for all appliance needs.
The Purpose
Our role as campaign manager for BSH ensured all fridge and fridge-freezer appliances stood out against other competitors. Our objective was to help customers visualise the appliance in their own homes and to aid the decision-making process.
To ensure the appliances stood out from competitors and to showcase their point of difference, smart messaging and a selection of artificial food products enhanced the relationship between the customer and BSH.
Our Approach
After discussing our initial ideas with the team, we created a number of unique concepts, gathering samples and tested them with appliances. Following this, we undertook the campaign management element, including delivery of products to each partner store. Our attention to detail on the uniqueness of the appliances and different styles was important for BSH’s brand identity.
We sourced high quality and realistic artificial food that we knew would work with each of the brands to allow customers to truly imagine the appliance operating in their own homes.
Conclusion
Brand Elevation played a huge role in the Bosch and Siemens campaign. Our aim was to ensure the appliances stood out from competitors while helping consumers to visualise appliances in their homes. We implemented the campaign throughout Harvey Norman stores, leading Expert stores and Euronic stores across Ireland.
This campaign management project was a great success for BSH. BSH was very impressed with the overall result of this campaign and they could see direct correlation with an increase in sales, as no other promotion or campaign was running at the same time.
